Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid a cancellation fee.
No-Shows:
Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
After a no-show, a deposit may be required to book future appointments.
This policy allows us the opportunity to fill missed appointments and better serve everyone. Thank you for your understanding and support.
