Every head of hair is different, so your stylist will discuss your service and pricing with you before getting started. Our goal is to provide transparent pricing with no surprises. Consultations are always welcome for color corrections, major transformations and specialty services. A consultation gives you and your stylist the opportunity to discuss your hair goals, options, maintenance, and an estimated investment before your service begins. Come as you are. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid a cancellation fee.
No-Shows:
Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
After a no-show, a deposit may be required to book future appointments.
This policy allows us the opportunity to fill missed appointments and better serve everyone. Thank you for your understanding and support.
